Looks like an ear ly to mid 1960s Chevy C10.
Something is niggling me that the headlights on the grille aren’t from a C10 though but another Chevy.

Double headlights suggest it’s a GMC , maybe, but it’s still different somehow.

Yeah, the headlights look to be from a GMC 3500 or similar:
Several other things look wrong for that though.

I was thinking GMC C10 twin headlights.
Chevy bonnet and GMC headlights.

I got it! It’s a GMC restored in the 90’s that used a Chevy tailgate. the GMC emblem was deleted and replaced with the then ubiquitous custom chrome bar grill that came from the same catalog (LMC Truck or Chevy Duty) as the roll pan that fills the space where the rear bumper should be to complete that shaved look.

Vehicle:
1965 GREEN CHEVROLET UTIL
VIN/Chassis:
5Z116599
Engine number:
V1012T8D
That’ s the vehicle info from the plate...and the vin checks out if you assume the chassis and body style numbers have been dropped . 5 is the year 1965 and Z is for the Freemont plant...

Ok so, 1963/1964 Chevy C10 with a GMC C10 “billet” grille.....
Or maybe it’s a GMC with a Chevrolet tailgate...

Looks almost identical (except in better shape) to my ‘66 GMC.
